Bonus funds and winnings are held in separate balances and cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. For example, if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling BDT 30,000 (1,000 x 30) to complete the wagering.
Bonuses are for recreational purposes and for use in good faith only. Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited, including opening multiple accounts to receive the same bonus multiple times, collusion, low-risk betting strategies, and any form of system exploitation. bangt reserves the right to cancel any bonus, adjust wagering requirements, and forfeit winnings if evidence of abuse is found. Only one bonus may be active at the same time. Claiming a new bonus will cancel the previous incomplete bonus. Some games and markets may be restricted when betting with bonus funds. Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days. If wagering is not completed within this period, the bonus and associated winnings will be canceled.

Bangt follows a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, abuse, and dishonest activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action: opening multiple accounts, bonus abuse, chargeback fraud, providing false identity or documents, money laundering, collusion (conspiring with other players), using bots or automation software, taking advantage of match-fixing or insider information, exploiting platform bugs or errors, abusive or threatening behavior toward other players or staff, and any activity that compromises the integrity of our system or the experience of other players.

During investigation, your account may be temporarily frozen and you may be asked to provide additional documents or information. We will conduct the investigation properly and inform you of the outcome. If a breach is proven, your account will be permanently closed and remaining balance may be forfeited. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Settle all pending bets and withdraw all funds before account closure. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened and all information will be permanently deleted.
